1. Emotional therapy thru Reiki Chakra clearing

 

This innovative treatment was developed by Michele. It combines Reiki with Energy Psychology to assist you in clearing away a specific trauma or painful experience that is affecting your life. In this treatment, Michele will assist you with locating the chakra which directly corresponds to your problem. She will then channel Reiki to this chakra while verbally guiding you to create a photo of your experience, switching from this photo to the ‘here and now’ until you experience a total release.

 

Energy Psychology involves working with a person’s Meridians (energy channels in our bodies) by applying acupressure at one’s inner eye point and switching back and forth between our left and right eyes. This creates an energetic shift within the brain, which allows one to release painful feelings, limiting beliefs and traumas.

2. Shamanic Reiki Journey

 

An interactive healing session comprising ancient Shamanic journeying, guidance, visualization and channeling to help increase the flow of one’s spiritual energy and higher potential. This personalized experience includes Usui Reiki and Chakra balancing with healing stones and quartz crystals. Melodic music and essential oils are also used to assist you in restoring your strength, balance and self-empowerment.

This treatment is very helpful for those who are experiencing mysterious pain in their bodies or a feeling that a significant person from their past may be still holding on to them through what is called ‘Energetic cords’.

3.Usui Reiki treatment

 

Reiki is a powerful tool for healing one’s body, mind & spirit. During this deeply relaxing healing session, you will experience a transfer of universal energy which is channeled through the practitioner to you by laying hands just above or on your body. A Reiki master can sense where a person's energetic field begins and can effectively work within this field without even touching the person. The calming influence of Reiki energy makes it ideal for any stress-related illnesses.

4. Guided Visualization/meditation

 

Choose from several different types of meditations which can assist you with self-healing, relaxation and cultivating loving kindness. Michele will guide you with her soothing voice on a journey through your chakras, where you’ll get in touch with each chakra and learn about their functions. Or, discover how practicing ‘loving kindness’ can free you from holding on to old grievances or worries.

During this meditation practice, Michele will also be channeling healing for anyone participating. You will depart feeling a deep sense of wellbeing.

5. Transformative Energy Healing

 

Michele helps you shift limiting beliefs, remove energetic blockages caused by stored emotions such as anger, fear or sorrow, and release traumas through this gentle energetic healing session. You will be guided to sense where you feel the emotion or limiting belief in your body, while you imagine softening this energy block and allowing it to flow through its proper channels, until it is naturally released and your ‘Even Flow’ is once again restored. You are then guided to reach an ‘energized state’, which involves envisioning yourself in a state of joy and at your highest potential. Everything is just energy, and once we realize this truth it is easy to let go of our blocked emotions and limiting thought patterns, thus, healing ourselves.
